On 6 October 2014, MASK's Director Alla Tkachuk  gave a 2-hour talk to the staff of  KEPSA, the leading Kenyan private sector apex body.   

'All successful individuals and companies possess one dominant quality: creativity, the ability to generate new ideas.  Creativity allows them to grasp opportunities, flourish, and to become effective and successful.  A creative person sees opportunities and invents effective solutions.  A person lacking creativity develops fears, stagnates and looses advantages. '
